On January 27, 1968, Bobby Hull scored two goals to lead the charge for the Blackhawks in a 4-1 win over the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Kenny Wharram got the Blackhawks on the board with a shorthanded goal early in the first period. Hull doubled the lead a few minutes later and struck again 1:55 into the second period.

Bob Pulford got one back for Toronto's lone goal in the middle frame before Bill Orban iced the game for the Blackhawks in the third period.

Dave Manson, the 11th overall pick of the Blackhawks in the 1985 NHL Draft, was born on January 27, 1967.
