Penguins say Sidney Crosby, Tristan Jarry are 'game-time decisions' for Game 7

The Pittsburgh Penguins say eight-time All-Star center Sidney Crosby and starting goaltender Tristan Jarry are "game-time decisions" for Game 7 against the New York Rangers on Sunday.

Crosby, 34, missed Game 6 with what the Penguins are calling an "upper-body injury," although one report says he suffered a concussion in Game 5. The injury is believed to have occurred when Crosby was hit high by the Rangers' Jacob Trouba.

Prior to the injury, Crosby recorded nine points in the first four games of the series with two goals.

Jarry, 27, has been out of action since mid-April due to a broken foot. Pittsburgh relied on Casey DeSmith in his place down the stretch, but he suffered an injury in Game 1 against the Rangers and needed season-ending surgery. The Penguins have been forced to rely on third-stringer Louis Domingue, who has allowed 19 goals in his five starts.

Jarry played in 58 games during the regular season with 56 starts and allowed 2.42 goals per game. His .919 save percentage was sixth best in the NHL.
