The Philadelphia Flyers announced their preseason schedule, according to GM Dance Briere, on Monday morning.

They will play four of their seven preseason games on the road, with the first game being on September 22 at Washington, continuing onto Montreal on the 23rd before heading back home for a match-up with the New York Islanders and Boston Bruins. The Flyers will head back out on the road to play the New York Islanders at home on September 30th and then to Boston on October 1st. The preseason finale will happen on October 3rd against Metropolitan Division rivalries the New Jersey Devils, following that game the Devils will be heading to Czechia for the Global Series.

Broadcasting information will be available later this summer.

During the 2023-24 season, the Flyers faced the Capitals, Bruins, Islanders, and Canadiens three times each, winning just one game against each team. They had slightly better luck in the four games against the Devils, with each team winning two games. Hopefully, with the draft picks and potential trades this summer, they will have better luck against these teams.
