Tyler Seguin scored a goal and added two assists while Jake Oettinger recorded a 25-save performance as the Dallas Stars beat the Arizona Coyotes 4-2 Sunday evening.

Seguin, team captain Jamie Benn, Miro Heiskanen and Matt Duchene all scored for the Stars (44-19-9). Dallas won their fourth straight game.

Clayton Keller and Nick Bjugstad both registered goals for the Coyotes (29-37-5). Connor Ingram stopped 31 shots in the defeat.

After Wyatt Johnston stripped Nick Schmaltz of the puck, Benn wired a one-timer from one knee and scored, making it 1-0 Dallas at 4:21 of the first period.

Answering just before the first intermission, Keller was at the right place at the right time to make history.

Following a shot from the blue line by Michael Kesselring, it ricocheted off of a Stars defender and onto the stick blade of Kellers. Firing a shot past Oettinger who was sprawling in the crease, Keller netted his fifth goal in his past five games.

In addition, Keller became just the third Coyote to have two consecutive seasons with 30 goals. Before him, Jeremy Roenick (1999-01) and Keith Tkachuk (1996-99) were able to reach this feat.

Grabbing the lead 2-1 just 2:19 in the second, Seguin buried a rebound from a tight angle.

Oettinger made multiple, miraculous saves to keep Dallas in the lead as the time ticked down.

But tying the game back up 2-2, Bjugstad capitalized on a loose puck in front of Oettinger at 7:26 of the third period.

Following the first two periods in which Dallas had the momentum, Arizona produced a few chances to gain control.

Snapping the Coyotes’ flow, however, Heiskanen wound up for a slap shot from the point after Ingram turned the puck over, giving the Stars a 3-2 lead with 5:28 remaining in the third.

Duchene secured Dallas’ victory with an empty net goal towards the end.
