One official put his body on the line to break up a fight in the Blues-Maple Leafs game on Saturday night.

St. Louis was leading Toronto in the second period of their game when Michael Bunting and Torey Krug got into a fight.

Krug fell to the ice and then so did Bunting. Krug then tried to dive at Bunting to attack him, but linesman Jonny Murray stepped in.

Murray dove onto Bunting to guard him, preventing Krug from continuing the fight.

This was actually Murray’s first game since December.

What a way to return to action.
