Watch: Larkin nets Fabbri’s feed for late game-tying goal in Buffalo

Detroit Red Wings captain Dylan Larkin continued his outstanding season with a clutch game-tying goal late in the third period of his team’s game against the Buffalo Sabres on Monday. With the Red Wings trailing 2–1 in the final seven minutes of regulation, forward Robby Fabbri fought for the puck behind the Sabres’ net. He knocked Dylan Cozens off the puck before sending a backhand pass into the slot. Larkin streaked into the offensive zone off the bench just in time to receive Fabbri’s pass and immediately one-time it past Sabres goaltender Aaron Dell, tying the game at 2–2 with 6:32 remaining in the third period. Fabbri picked up the lone assist on Larkin’s 17th goal of the season, which came just over three minutes after Vladislav Namestnikov got the Red Wings on the board in the game.
