25 familiar faces you’ll see in Rio
Nathan Adrian
Adrian medaled three times in London, including two gold medals for Team USA. He also won gold in the 4x100 meter freestyle in Beijing. He will be participating in the 100 meter freestyle again to defend his gold.
Usain Bolt
Bolt has six gold medals over the last two Olympic Games, and holds the world records in the 100 meter and 200 meter sprints. He will attempt to win three gold medals for the third consecutive Olympics.
David Boudia
Boudia won gold in the 10 meter platform and bronze in the 10 meter synchro dive at the London Games. He hopes to medal again four years later.
Bob and Mike Bryan
The Bryan brothers are looking to medal in men's doubles tennis for the third time. They won bronze in 2008 and gold in 2012.
Jordan Burroughs

Missy Franklin

Katie Ledecky

Shields is the reigning middleweight boxing gold medalist following the London Games. She will defend her title in Rio.
