Draymond Green, Kevin Durant discuss infamous 2018 argument

Draymond Green and Kevin Durant finally sat down and publicly addressed the legendary argument they got into back in 2018 when Green didn't pass the ball to Durant for a potential game-winning shot against the Los Angeles Clippers.

It's a moment that is widely considered a major catalyst for Durant leaving the Golden State Warriors after the 2019 season, as he and Green got heated near the bench after the game. Durant, clearly frustrated that the ball was not passed to him, and Green, who did not take the criticism well, needed to be separated by teammates as they exchanged insults.

Green appeared on Durant's "The ETCs" podcast and discussed the play. After grabbing the rebound, Green took the ball downcourt and ignored Durant, who was yelling for the ball. Green did not even end up getting a shot off, as the ball bounced off his feet.

As the team prepared for overtime, Green said that Durant told him that he should have passed him the ball and that is when Green lost his cool and had some choice words for his teammate.

"Hey, motherf----- I do this too," Green said. "I was going to give your a-- the ball if you weren’t b------g! I do this too!"

While that was clearly a moment of tension, the fact that the two are able to discuss it seems to indicate there are no hard feelings between Green and Durant.
