The Philadelphia Eagles have turned to an unlikely source to lift the team's mood after two consecutive losses.
On Saturday, a giant, inflatable Easter Bunny appeared in the team's locker room, and The Athletic senior NFL writer Zach Berman wrote that players installed the seasonal decor to "[spread] positivity [and] good vibes."
NBC Sports Philly sports reporter Ashlyn Sullivan provided further details, writing, "The offensive line stressed to me they are not said they just wanted a good vibes bunny."
Considering Santa Claus' complicated history with Philadelphia, it's probably for the best Eagles glossed over the upcoming Christmas holiday and chose the Easter Bunny instead.

Berman cautioned, "I wouldn't read into this any more than a few guys having fun," but the timing — coming off two consecutive losses — highlights the growing frustration in the locker room and the lengths players are going to snap out of the slump.
The Eagles have particularly struggled on offense, averaging 15.5 points per game since Week 10. Overall, the unit is No. 24 in total offense (304.8 yards per game) and No. 28 in third-down conversion rate (34.5 percent). Running back Saquon Barkley is averaging 3.7 yards per carry, while wide receivers A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith have had inconsistent usage.
Philadelphia needs more than the Easter Bunny to break out of its skid against the Los Angeles Chargers (8-4) on Monday night. But if the Eagles win, the inflatable could stay in the locker room a little while longer. It's headed straight to the trash, however, should Philly lay another egg.
