Highly-rated Milan teenager Kevin Zeroli has officially penned a new, long-term contract extension with Milan, which will run until the summer of 2028, the club has confirmed.

The 19-year-old central midfielder has captained Milan’s Primavera side for much of the 2023-24 season and has been a central figure in the youth team’s run to the UEFA Youth League semi-final, where they will face Porto’s U19s on Friday.

Zeroli has also been rewarded with three appearances for Milan’s senior side by Stefano Pioli, including two cameos in Serie A against Sassuolo and Roma over the winter period, and another in the Coppa Italia against Cagliari in the round of 16.

The promising midfielder, who also has five caps for Italy’s U19 team, has made 19 appearances in the Primavera division this season, contributing with five direct goal involvements, and has also racked up four goals from seven outings in Europe.

“AC Milan is pleased to announce that Kevin Zeroli has renewed his contract with the Club until 30 June 2028,” a statement on Milan’s club website read.

“Kevin, who joined AC Milan in 2010, has worn the captain’s armband for the Primavera this season. On 30 December 2023, the young midfielder made his first-team debut in the Rossoneri’s 1-0 victory over Sassuolo at San Siro.”
