Fulham star Adama Traore has pledged to return to his best form in the coming months.

Traore has been in and out of the Cottagers team so far this season under Marco Silva.

However, he hopes to have an excellent run-in, as he is fully fit from a hamstring problem.

I hadn't had an injury that long in my career, so it was tough and lonely", Traore, who has only played eight times from the bench this term, told The Standard.

When you are out for a long time, all you want is to help the team, and first of all come back to the pitch and have that feeling of being back with your teammates.

It was frustrating. I was close to coming back, then I had some problems."

He said of his form: I'm feeling good. I think I can keep growing, keep getting the rhythm of the game. It's not many minutes I've played [yet], but I feel I can keep improving. I'm going to get back to my best.

Every player wants to start games, but that's the decision of the manager."
