The agent of Aston Villa attacker Nicolo Zaniolo says he is focused on finishing the season in form.

Zaniolo is on-loan at Villa from Galatasaray.

In an interview with Gianluca di Marzio, Zaniolo's agent, Claudio Vigorelli , says he is driven to claim a place in Italy's Euro 2024 squad.

"Nicol would very much like to get to the EC this summer. He is trying to fight his way into Aston Villa's squad, where the competition is very tough," stated Vigorelli.

"He had the ambition to play in the Premier League and is trying to create a leading role for himself, he still has a number of months to go.

Zaniol has remained involved with the Italy squad in recent months and played in both friendly matches last month. This despite his limited playing time at Aston Villa, something that has divided Azzurri fans.

"Through his experiences in the Premier League and in Galatasaray, he has grown both as a player and as a man. We talk very often, I notice that he is eager and motivated," added Vigorelli.
