Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Ivo Grbic is heading for a surprise move to the Premier League.

The 28-year-old fringe player for Atleti is swapping clubs and moving to Sheffield United.

He is set to join the Blades and will immediately be thrown into first team action.

Sheffield United are bottom of the Premier League and are seven points from safety.

Per Fabrizio Romano, Grbic is set to move to the Blades as he will get to play regularly.

The goalkeeper had to leave Atleti after they signed Romanian shot stopper Horatiu Moldovan from Rapid Bucharest.
