Barcelona coach Xavi has confirmed Bojan Krkic will work closely with superkid Lamine Yamal.

Former Barca striker Bojan has returned to the club as a first ever loan manager and also a liaison with the club's young players.

Xavi said: "In principle, Lamine is curious because three weeks ago you told me that I didn't dare put him in and now you tell me that he should rest.

"We will take care of him, pamper him and treat him like one of our own, even though he is 16 years old.

"We will work with him and Bojan's role will be important. He will have first-team dynamics. We will take care of him and he can continue to be very important. He has head, personality and talent."
