Barcelona president Joan Laporta is adamant they have a better team than PSG.

PSG host Barca tonight in the first-leg of their Champions League quarterfinal.

Laporta said: "I am very hopeful and believing in our possibilities, because I see the players very focused, very motivated and very united. In addition, they are aware of the importance of these quarterfinals, of what it would mean for the club and for the team to move to the semifinals.

"Today we are in the quarterfinals here against PSG, eager to play the game and believing in our possibilities.

"There is a great atmosphere, the players are very motivated and well, it is that environment that you like to live in the world of football. We are living it here, in these quarterfinals against PSG, which also have a history of the two sports fighting clubs that have been historic.

"I see the players really very close, and I also see the coach very convinced of our possibilities. Players believe in themselves, believe in the team, and that makes us believe in them. I at least believe in them a lot and I am one of those who would not exchange any of our players for any of the others."
