FC Barcelona will face Paris Saint-Germain in the UEFA Champions League quarterfinals. There has been plenty of reaction to this two-leg tie, as players and officials have already weighed in with their thoughts.

The latest to weigh in on the matchup is Barcelona’s Brazilian duo Raphinha and Vitor Roque. The former Leeds United star noted that he knew whichever team the Catalan side drew for the quarterfinals would be a challenging opponent.

“There are eight favorite teams for the title,” Raphinha told ESPN Brasil (h/t Mundo Deportivo). “We knew that any team we faced was going to be difficult, and PSG is no different, it’s going to be a tough match, but we know what we can bring and contribute to the victory in order to advance to the next round.”

Meanwhile, Roque noted similar remarks as he believes that if Barcelona want to win the Champions League, they’ll need to get past opponents like PSG.

“There will be two matches, we want to be champions, so we need to work hard and secure the qualification,” Roque added.

The winner of this matchup will face either Atletico Madrid or Borussia Dortmund, so a victory will have PSG or Barcelona on a clear path to the final in London. Furthermore, the matchup between the Parisians and Barcelona will see manager Luis Enrique face his former club, and it also marks the return of Ousmane Dembélé.
