AC Milan midfielder Ismael Bennacer hailed their spirit after victory at Frosinone.

Milan won 3-2, with Luka Jovic scoring late to earn the points.

We proved great spirit, we didn't give up and that gives us confidence for our objectives," Bennacer told DAZN.

The team had a big dinner together earlier this week, something they have done several times over the course of the campaign.

In order to be united on the field, we must be united off the pitch too. We know all too well that having dinner together, spending time together is good for us. We wanted to have that time together.

I am happy to be here with the team, really. I want to help the squad as best I can, I am hungry for time on the pitch and hope to help out."
