Burnley winger Jacob Bruun Larsen says he's in the best shape of his life.

The Dane is in his first season in the Premier League.

"I trained a lot before the season started, and then, together with my team and Burnley, I got myself back on the track where I need to be. I've got the right load in everyday life, so I don't get overloaded," Bruun Larsen told Bold.

In fact, the 25-year-old winger has yet to miss a session at Burnley.

"Not a single one. I've been there every day and haven't had to go out of practice or anything, so that's great. I feel like I'm in the shape of my life.

"It's clear that I haven't played all the games from the start, but I don't think there are that many who train every day and don't have any small blemishes along the way.

"In any case, it is the first time that I have tried it in a very, very long time, that there is no small problem, you are affected by some disease or something like that during a season.

"Before I signed with Burnley, they also pointed out that I have been injured a lot, and of course I respected that, but on the other hand I also knew that I would probably have to prove that I am fit."
