Celta Vigo will have a hard time holding on to Manchester United and Newcastle target Gabri Veiga.

The talented midfielder has nine goals and three assists to his name from 29 games in all competitions this term.

While he does have a contract until 2026, Veiga is not one Celta will keep if a high enough bid arrives.

The club's president Carlos Mourino stated, We want to keep Gabri Veiga but it will be impossible due to release clause.

"We know some bids he has, impossible to match".

Fabrizio Romano added that Real Madrid are also chasing the youngster, while Bundesliga clubs are also keeping an eye on his situation.
