Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino says Romeo Lavia could feature next weekend.

Pochettino hopes Lavia will be in contention to make his Chelsea debut on the Christmas Eve trip to Wolves.

The August signing from Southampton has suffered a series of injuries since his arrival.

"Romeo Lavia will be fit in maybe one week or 10 days," Pochettino told reporters on Friday.

As such, the Christmas Eve game at Wolves is emerging as Lavia's debut date.
