Chelsea are in advanced talks to sign Rennes midfielder Lesley Ugochukwu.
The Athletic says Chelsea are in advanced talks to sign the teenager.
Ugochukwu, 19, is due to undergo a medical on Sunday with Chelsea set to close an agreement over a 25m fee.
Once signed, it will then be decided whether the youngster stays with Chelsea or loaned to French partners Strasbourg.
Ugochukwu made 35 appearances for Rennes last season.
