One current Chelsea player has made what I believe to be a very wise decision on international football and his future.

The Blues have many top talents at the club now, some in the academy, others in the current squad, and some out on loan. There is some serious young talent at Chelsea right now.

One of them showing some real promise on loan in senior football this season is Omari Hutchinson. The winger has been in some good form for Ipswich Town and is really starting to show what he is capable of.

As it’s another international break starting next week, Hutchinson has made a smart decision. He says that he was called up by both England and Jamaica, but he declined both offers.

The young winger wants to focus on domestic football and trying to help his team achieve promotion. He also notes that this is his first season in men’s football and his body gets sore so needs more recovery. Sounds like he has a very smart head on his shoulders.
