The drama continues today, and a late transfer report from a very reliable reporter sent Chelsea fans into a frenzy last night.

Blues fans are becoming split between backing the manager, which is what we have all be screaming for years now for our board to do, and not backing a manager due to disagreeing with his targets being mentioned.

Sources: The latest on Chelsea’s plans for returning loan players this summer.

Nathan Ake from Manchester City is the main one who is causing a big debate amongst Chelsea fans, with many not understanding why Tuchel wants him, and many struggling to ‘back’ him as a result.

The Telegraph have reported that he’s become a top transfer target this summer, along with others such as Jules Kounde.

And it is the latter as well that has fueled the frenzied reactions late last night.

Matt Law writes in his article, “Were Chelsea to sign Kounde and Ake, then Reece James could start next season on the right side of Tuchel’s back three with the Frenchman at right wing-back to give him time to get used to English football.”

Yikes, Kounde as a wing-back to give him time to settle? I mean, I hope this is just speculating, because that isn’t the one, in my view, at all. He’s a centre-back, so let’s play him as a centre-back to let him settle, yeah? Thanks.
