Lorne Donaldson and the Chicago Red Stars finally released their roster to begin the 2024 NWSL regular season.

Chicago signed five rookies and preseason non-roster invitee Nádia Gomes to deals ahead of the campaign.

The Red Stars announced the signings of rookies Bea Franklin and Ally Cook earlier on Wednesday. The two rookies are on one-year deals through the 2024 NWSL season with an option for 2025.

Celia Gaynor, a 2024 draft pick, and non-roster invitee Erin McKinney were among the players who were not retained by the Red Stars after the preseason.

Goalkeepers: Alyssa Naeher, Sydney Schneider, Mackenzie Wood

Defenders: Hannah Anderson, Camryn Biegalski, Sami Feller (Season-Ending Injury designation), Natalia Kuikka, Taylor Malham, Tatumn Milazzo, Maximiliane Rall, Sam Staab

Midfielders: Julia Bianchi, Jenna Bike, Chardonnay Curran, Bea Franklin, Sarah Griffith, Sophie Jones, Leilanni Nesbeth, Cari Roccaro

Forwards: Ally Cook, Ava Cook, Nádia Gomes, Shea Groom, Penelope Hocking, Jameese Joseph, Ally Schlegel, Mallory Swanson

The Red Stars travel to Utah to start their season on March 13. Chicago will kick off against the NWSL newcomers at 6:30 PM CT and the match will air on ION.
