Antonio Conte admits ‘many things can’t be done at Napoli’, sparking exit rumours after just eight months at the club.

I said Napoli shouldn’t just be a stepping stone, and I don’t want to seem like a liar about things that didn’t happen. In these eight months in Naples, I’ve understood that many things just can’t be done.”
Conte is under contract with Napoli until June 2027, but his latest claims obviously sparked transfer speculation.
Italian newspapers on Saturday morning said the ex-Juventus and Inter tactician sent a warning to the club.
Conte has already been linked with Milan and Juventus, and many see his words as a way to prepare for a summer exit from the Stadio Maradona.
Conte’s Napoli are still running for the Serie A title, and they have a chance to catch Inter at the top of the table today when they visit strugglers Monza.
