Crystal Palace will wait patiently for Aaron Wan-Bissaka to become available in the summer.

The Manchester United right-back was deemed surplus to requirements throughout the first half of the season, however, he has found a way back into the team as a backup option for Diogo Dalot.

In turn, it is believed that Erik ten Hag scrapped plans to let Wan-Bissaka leave in January, and you can see why given the amount of solid performances he has put in since the start of the new year.

According to The Sun, Crystal Palace have already accepted that they won’t be able to sign Wan-Bissaka or Chelsea’s Conor Gallagher in January, so they are prepared to hold off on their interest until the end of the season.

The Eagles have been quiet in this transfer window with limited funds.

Although Wan-Bissaka is performing at a higher standard at United, it still remains to be seen if he has saved his long-term future at the club.

A return to Palace shouldn’t be ruled out.

Meanwhile, Manchester United are being linked with a move for Inter Milan right-back Denzel Dumfries. It goes without saying that the Netherlands international would be a huge upgrade on Dalot.
