Fulham defender Kevin Mbabu has joined FC Augsburg.

The Switzerland international joins Augsburg on-loan for the season.

Mbabu has previous Bundesliga experience with VfL Wolfsburg.

The full-back spent the majority of last term with Servette, but this time is headed to Germany for a temporary spell.

Augsburg currently sit 11th in the Bundesliga after two matches.
