Federico Chiesa picked up a knock during a training session at Continassa today and will be reassessed on Thursday, but his condition does not worry the Juventus medical staff.

Chiesa was forced to end a morning training session earlier than expected on Wednesday due to a challenge from his teammate Alex Sandro.

Football Italia understands Chiesa picked up a knock on the right foot and will be reassessed on Thursday. However, the Juventus medical staff are not worried by the Italian striker’s condition.

This means Chiesa should be available on Sunday when the Old Lady travel to Napoli for a Serie A game at the Stadio Maradona.

Chiesa has scored six goals in 22 appearances across all competitions this season but has only netted once in 2024, in a 3-1 victory over Sassuolo at the Allianz Stadium in January.

The Italy international started in a 3-2 win against Frosinone this past weekend but was subbed off after barely 60 minutes.
