A report in the Italian media enlists the former Inter Milan stars who may have regretted leaving the club, including Andre Onana and Milan Skriniar.

As Tuttosport (via FcInterNews) explains, many players who left the Nerazzurri in recent years failed to replicate their success at their new clubs.

The most obvious examples currently on display are Andre Onana and Milan Skirniar.

The Cameroonian goalkeeper only spent a single season at Appiano Gentile. But it was enough for him to cement himself as a stalwart at the club.

The 27-year-old’s heroics played a vital role in Inter’s run towards the Champions League final. This earned him a mega-money transfer to Manchester United.

The Red Devils splashed around 55 million euros for Onana’s services. However, his displays have been shaky thus far, especially in Europe.

The goalkeeper committed several blunders in Man Utd’s 2-3 defeat at the hands of Galatasaray on Tuesday.

The same UCL matchday saw Milan Skriniar struggling at the back for Paris Saint-Germain.

The Slovakian was a protagonist at the back for the Nerazzurri for several years. But since making the free transfer to the French capital, he has been a mere shadow of himself.

Andre Onana And Milan Skriniar Are Among The Players Who Regretted Leaving Inter Milan

As L’Equipe mentioned, Skriniar is becoming a serious problem for PSG. The French champions suffered a 1-4 defeat at the hands of Newcastle in their most recent outing.

In his turn, Marcelo Brozovic isn’t enjoying his best football at Al-Nassr. While he’s not exactly struggling, the Croatian is yet to prove himself as a decisive player for the Saudi Pro League side.

The list could also include Romelu Lukaku who endured a torrid time at Chelsea before returning to Inter Milan last season.

The report argues that Ivan Perisic and Achraf Hakimi may also fall in the same category.
