Yann Bisseck will start for Inter Milan this evening, whilst Alexis Sanchez and Tajon Buchanan are also possibilities.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews.

Inter coach Simone Inzaghi is starting to firm up his plans for the starting eleven against Napoli this evening.

The Nerazzurri coach will certainly be aiming for a relatively strong lineup.

Even with the extremely up-and-down form that Napoli have shown this season, they are still reigning Italian champions and certainly have the quality to cause Inter problems.

But at the same time, Inzaghi certainly wants to freshen the team up somewhat.

During the week, Inter played an exhausting match against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League that went to extra time and penalties.

So the Nerazzurri coach will be very keen to avoid any sort of a “hangover” from that match.

Yann Bisseck To Start Vs Napoli – Alexis & Buchanan Also Possibilities

One of the big decisions that Inzaghi has made is to start 23-year-old German youth team international Bisseck in defense.

Bisseck will take the place of Benjamin Pavard on the right of Inter’s back three.

The German had also started in Inter’s last Serie A match, away to Bologna. He had in fact scored the winning goal in that match.

And Bisseck impressed with his appearance off the bench against Atletico during the week, despite Inter’s disappointing exit from the Champions League.

Meanwhile, the Gazzetta report, former Arsenal and Barcelona veteran Sanchez could start.

The Chilean is aiming to take the place of Marcus Thuram alongside captain Lautaro Martinez in attack.

And at wingback, Tajon Buchanan will be hoping for an opportunity to play, whether that is from the start or from the bench.

The Gazzetta note that the Canadian was tested in the lineup in training yesterday.
