Gillingham boss Stephen Clemence was happy with his players in their FA Cup defeat to Sheffield United.

The Blades were comfortable 4-0 winners via two goals each from William Osula and James McAtee.

Clemence said: "I'm delighted with the boys. They've given their lot. We had moments at 0-0,. We had to take one of them.

"We probably can do better with their goals. We wouldn't like to concede them in a League Two game.

"It just wouldn't seem to go in for us but we created chances against a Premier League team.

"We're making good progress here. We are starting to create more chances. It'll start happening for us soon.

"Well done to Sheffield United and Chris and his team. Good luck to them in the next round."
