Granada midfielder Gerard Gumbau has discussed his clash with Gavi during yesterday's 2-2 draw with Barcelona.

Gumbau admits the youngster can be spiky on the pitch.

He told Jijantes: "You don't know what it's like to play against Gavi. He is very exasperating. He is a hyperactive player, he has that competitive gene and spirit that when you go at a thousand revolutions he heats you up.

"Bara left me with the feeling that they were not comfortable behind the scoreboard and with us behind. You have to be very precise and maybe they were a little tired from the Champions League match the other day.

"When you face teams like Bara you have to consider stopping the game as much as you can, crashing, making them uncomfortable ... Playing a game with high pressure and having it go well from the 17th second is satisfactory."
