IFK Gothenburg believe they have a bigger talent than Tottenham signing Lucas Bergvall.

Bergvall will leave Djurgarden for Spurs at the end of the season.

And IFK say they have an even better prospect in Malick Junior Yalcouye. The Malian midfielder, 18, recently joined from ASEC Mimosas.

Ola Larsson, technical director of IFK Gothenburg, told FotbollDirekt: "Now he has only been here for two or three weeks and in such a short time to be able to perform at such a high level, I think that is huge. I think he's insanely interesting.

"It's strange, really, if you imagine a player who can only speak French...then you can imagine that it should take time for him to adapt to the game, but he understands football language.

"If you then compare potential as said, he is thus 2.5 months older than Lucas Bergvall and is clearly better than him in the cup match. After all, Bergvall has more matches in the Allsvenskan. But I think Malick is clearly better than him."
