Jose Mourinho is going on Jon Obi Mikel’s podcast next week – there’s something we never thought we’d say – and to tease his appearance they’ve put out Jose’s best ever XI, as picked by the man himself.
There are, of course, a majority of Chelsea players in there. In fact, only two Real Madrid and one Inter Milan players even make it in.
It’s interesting to see that Ashley Cole wasn’t in the mix, although of course he wasn’t part of the teams that won Premier League titles with Jose at Chelsea. Instead, William Gallas, the man we sent to Arsenal in part exchange for Cole got the nod here.

There are plenty of players who can feel hard done by here, but it’s all a bit of fun really, and we’re sure Mourinho would pick a slightly different team every time he is asked.
