Andres Iniesta admits it's tough seeing Xavi struggling at Barcelona.

Xavi will leave Barca as coach at the end of the season.

Former teammate Iniesta told La Gazzetta dello Sport: "I suffer with him. As a fan and as a friend. Because I know how much he cared about coaching Bara and how much he cared about this club.

"He gave him incredible passion and no one wants things to go better than him.

"He doesn't do it for himself or for his personal glory, but because he loves the club. It is clear that if he has decided to resign it is only for the good of Bara."

He added:"Should I coach Bara? The ideal would be yes, but it is something very far away. I'm still playing and I don't even have a license. I will get it, in addition to the sports director's, then we'll see."
