Paris Saint-Germain need to strengthen its center-back position for the upcoming summer transfer window. Recently, rumors have linked them to various central defenders, such as Alessandro Buongiorno from Torino FC.

Speculation about the Italian defender surfaced during the January transfer window, and now his name has resurfaced once more linking him to PSG. Clubs are eyeing the 24-year-old as summer approaches, with AC Milan and Tottenham Hotspur reportedly showing interest.

Nonetheless, there’s a new club entering the race for the Torino standout. According to journalist Rudy Galetti, Inter Milan are joining their rival AC Milan, Spurs, and PSG as the clubs wanting to land Buongiorno.

Galetti notes that Buongiorno is a main target for strengthening the defense in the summer. Contacts have already started with Torino, and Inter Milan are also evaluating the opportunity to include a player in the negotiation to lower the price for the defender.

A recent report suggests that €40 million might be enough to seal the deal for Torino’s standout defender, who’s tied to the club until 2028.
