The Inter players and Simone Inzaghi have made a pact ahead of their upcoming Derby della Madonnina with Milan.

The Nerazzurri have the chance to secure their historic 20th Scudetto in the upcoming clash with their intercity rivals, a victory that’ll earn them the right to sew the second star on their shirts ahead of the Rossoneri, who have 19 league titles themselves.

Inter have been near flawless in Serie A this term, losing just once across their first 32 league matches, and have already started building towards next season, where they’ll compete in the Club World Cup as well as the Champions League.

Inter pact

Page nine of today’s Gazzetta dello Sport details how the focus of Simone Inzaghi’s squad and the staff is solely on the match with Milan and winning the Scudetto, not wanting the focus to be on trying to get one up on their rivals.

As such, the Nerazzurri players have formed a pact in the dressing room to avoid provocations and celebrate their Scudetto with respect, should they secure the title with a derby win.
