An intermediary has claimed that AC Milan are one of the sides interested in signing Charlie Patino from Arsenal next summer, along with Juventus.

Milan have talent scouts watching more than just the top division in each country, as the acquisitions of players like Pierre Kalulu, Malick Thiaw and Jan-Carlo Simic in recent years show, and another prospect seems to have caught their eye.

Intermediary Michele Fratini spoke about Patino a few weeks ago and mentioned Milan as one of the teams who want to sign him, and today during an interview with TV Play he gave a bit more information regarding the Swansea City loanee.

“He’s in everyone’s notebook a bit. He is among the 50 strongest young players in the world. Juventus? I don’t know if Rabiot will stay. Patino is left-footed like him and Giuntoli wants to take the strongest talents around to give quality and geometry to the midfield in the control room,” he said (via Radio Rossonera).

“As for the cost, the Gunners are asking for around 30 million euros, maybe 20 in fixed income and 10 in bonuses. But Juve has some bargaining chips, first of all Moise Kean: it’s true that his first experience in the Premier League with Everton didn’t go well, but now he’s recovering and could be the striker Arsenal are looking for to complete the attacking department.

“For January or June? Juve would like to make the move as early as January, while Milan are thinking more about him for the summer. Then, also pay attention to Inter as Calhanoglu’s heir.

“I’ll tell you, today he is playing on loan at Swansea. He is a pure talent, he is left-footed, he is the only playmaker in English football. He is linked to all the top Italian clubs such as Milan, Juventus, Inter and Napoli. He costs 30 million. He is very strong, he is out of every category.”

The 20-year-old already has seven goal contributions in 17 games for a Swansea side that have so far struggled in the Championship. Last season, in a relegated Blackpool team, he got two goals and four assists in 34 games.
