AS Roma are said to be confident that they can sign Eintracht Frankfurt defender Evan Ndicka who will be a free agent this summer.

90Min.com has reported the story earlier today and they’ve previously claimed that Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool have had an interest in Ndicka.

The Frenchman has played 28 games in the Bundesliga this season with Frankfurt and has one league goal to his name in the 2022/23 campaign thus far.

Former Frankfurt man Alexander Schur has raved about the centre-back in the past, describing him as someone who “plays with great authority” as quoted by Bundesliga.com.

His contract runs out at the end of the season, meaning that he’ll be able to choose from the selection of clubs that want him.

Both Spurs and Liverpool will likely be looking at new defenders this summer as they look to bolster their respective squads ahead of the 2023/24 campaign.

But if the latest report is to be believed then Ndicka could be making his way to the Italian capital this summer.
