West Ham striker Gianluca Scamacca has reportedly chosen Inter Milan as his next destination, turning down all other offers.

The Nerazzurri are searching the market for a new attacker. The club lost the services of Edin Dzeko who joined Fenerbahce as a free agent and Romelu Lukaku who became the topic of a never-ending soap opera.

The Italian giants have already added Marcus Thuram to the fold. But head coach Simone Inzaghi still needs another striker at his disposal.

In recent days, Gianluca Scamacca has emerged as the favorite candidate for the role. The 24-year-old joined West Ham following an impressive 2021/22 campaign at Sassuolo.

The Italian striker failed to deliver the goods in his first season in the Premier League. However, he still has a solid reputation in the Italian peninsula.

But according to Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, Scamacca only has eyes for Inter Milan.

While other suitors have reportedly approached him, the Roman native rejected their proposals.

West Ham Striker Gianluca Scamacca Is Determined To Join Inter Milan This Summer; The Italian Has Rebuffed All Other Offers

The transfer market expert claims that the striker is now confidently waiting for the Nerazzurri to find an agreement with the Hammers over his transfer.

As we reported earlier today, West Ham could end up accepting an offer worth 25 million euros in addition to bonuses.

Moreover, the Serie A giants will be counting on the player’s desire to join them. This could give them certain leverage in the negotiations.
