Lucas Vazquez is on an expiring contract and might become a concrete target for Inter and especially Juventus. The veteran is mulling a new experience after a long stay in the Spanish capital.

According to Diario Gol (via Calciomercato), the Bianconeri, in particular, are interested in the versatile wing player. They wouldn’t mind adding some experience to their revamped squad, especially for cheap. They already eyed him in the summer. Despite several links, they signed just Timothy Weah on the right flank. Weston McKennie has been playing regularly there to open the season.

Juventus and Inter are waiting in the wings to pounce on Vazquez should he decide to depart Real Madrid. The Nerazzurri added Juan Cuadrado to deputize Denzel Dumfries in July. However, they agreed to just a seasonal contract with the Colombian.

The 32-year-old has been a regular since 2015 and has collected over 300 appearances, scoring 53 goals and providing 57 assists. He has contributed to winning four Champions Leagues, three La Liga titles, and three Club World Cups, among several other trophies.

Our Take on Inter, Juventus, and Vazquez

Bosman moves need to be set up early, so now would be the right time to lay the groundwork. The Nerazzurri are surely more proficient than their rivals on those. On the other hand, it feels like Real Madrid players get routinely linked to Serie A outfits but then always end up renewing their contracts.
