LaLiga president Javier Tebas says Sergi Busquets' departure from Barcelona can only be the start as they seek to settle their financial dispute.

Tebas insists more players will need to leave Barca for them to meet Financial Fair Play plans.

The LaLiga supremo says if Barca wish to re-sign Leo Messi from PSG, more players must depart.

"I don't know what Barcelona's plan is, or how much they save on Sergio Busquets' exit," Tebas said. "Barcelona's future does not depend on the fate of a single player, but it also depends on which players the club will sign.

- This is the beginning of a path where you have the opportunity to sign Messi, but there are still more steps to take."
