Leeds United striker Patrick Bamford is confident of Premier League survival under manager Javi Gracia.

Bamford struck in yesterday's 2-2 draw with Brighton.

Asked about Leeds' chances of survival this term, Bamford replied: "Very confident. I think the manager has come in and obviously is a very calm guy.

"He's got us organised and I think you saw that we stuck to our game plan even when the fans sometimes were getting a little bit restless, but I think it worked and the lads fully believe in what he has come in and tried to get us to do so. We're enjoying it and I think we've got enough in the squad.

And he was also asked how much longer he thinks it will be until he reaches 50 goals for the club having scored his 49th in the draw with Brighton.

Bamford jokingly responded: "Next week I hope! That would be nice."
