Liverpool are upset with the Premier League regarding how many tickets their fans have received for an upcoming game.

The Reds have lodged a complaint regarding their ticket allocation for their upcoming match at Manchester City.

Per The Mail, the Reds have only been given 2,400 tickets for the upcoming contest between the two rivals.

However, most Premier League clubs would get at least 3,000 tickets for City away.

A Liverpool statement added on the matter: LFC has been in contact with the Premier League and Manchester City to challenge this decision.

The club is committed to having as many supporters as possible in stadiums for Premier League away fixtures."
