Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has reaffirmed hopes of Arne Slot being a success at Anfield.

The Feyenoord coach will replace Klopp at the end of the season.

After today's 2-2 draw at West Ham, Klopp said: "If I don't know a manager personally I can only touch the subject from watching their team and the way they play football.

"Feyenoord are a really, really good football team, and he is definitely a really good manager. I am happy for the club if it happens. I don't know it for sure.

"It is not too important if I am happy, other people make the decisions and they will do it right, so I am happy."
