Liverpool has been handed a double boost for their clash with Arsenal this weekend as both Thiago Alcantara and Virgil van Dijk were spotted in training this week.

Liverpool hosts the league leaders at Anfield in a game which could potentially decide the title race.

Although Jurgen Klopp’s side has been well off the pace this season, they have historically done well against the Gunners at home.

While Mikel Arteta’s team are hampered by injuries, Liverpool has been given a boost with both Thiago and Van Dijk back in training.

Although the Gunners are eight points ahead of Manchester City with a game in hand, one slip-up could put the title back in the hands of Pep Guardiola with the two teams set to face off at the end of the month.
