Liverpool travel to the capital to face Fulham at Craven Cottage. The fixture will be the fourth time this season they have met and takes place on April 21. The Reds won the first two and drew the third. This is our Liverpool predicted lineup.

Liverpool Predicted Lineup vs Fulham in Title Race Run In

How Liverpool Have Lined-up Recently

Alisson Becker has returned to the fray, with Trent Alexander-Arnold returning at right-back and Andy Robertson at left-back. Virgil van Dijk and Ibrahima Konate are the centre-back pairing.

Alexis Mac Allister started the last match in the 6 role, where Wataru Endo usually plays. He was accompanied by Dominik Szoboszlai and Curtis Jones, with both midfielders providing an attacking threat in a match where Liverpool had to score at least three.

Luis Diaz played on the left wing, and Mohamed Salah played on the right. Darwin Nunez was rested (or dropped) for Cody Gakpo midweek.

Liverpool’s Recent Form and Tactics Ahead of Fulham Match

Liverpool’s form has slightly picked up, winning 1-0 away at Atalanta in their most recent fixture. They did dominate and create a few good opportunities, but the performance was nowhere near good enough to overturn the three-goal deficit created in the first leg.

The two games before this were arguably their worst of the season. A 3-0 defeat against Atalanta left fans shocked and embarrassed by the performance.

On top of their European hopes ending, the Reds lost 1-0 at home to Crystal Palace just days later, hurting their title aspirations. With key players like Salah, Endo, and van Dijk all putting in disappointing performances, it seems a long season is catching up with the players.

Liverpool Injuries to Consider

Jota has not started since returning from injury, but with Liverpool in need of a goalscorer, the “remarkable” forward will surely start.

Conor Bradley suffered an overstretched ligament against Palace and will be “back in training…first week of May.”

Stefan Bajcetic is back from injury but has not yet been part of a matchday squad, as Klopp does not want to rush him. He played 30 minutes for the U21s on April 12.

Thiago Alcantara and Joel Matip are expected to miss the end of the season.
