Manchester United defender Harry Maguire has praised Erik ten Hag for one aspect of his work.
The Dutch head coach has come in for a lot of criticism from pundits and United fans this term.
While Maguire has not defended Ten Hag's overall work, he admires how the head coach has given young players a chance.
He told club media recently: "To see these young boys coming through as a senior player, it's our responsibility as well to guide them on the right pathway because they have exceptional talent.
"This club has built a philosophy over the years where young players get opportunities.
It's exciting times if you're a young player coming through this club because especially under this manager he gives chances and if you take that, you can stay in the team."
