Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has confirmed John Stones and Kyle Walker will miss their next game.

The Citizens take on Arsenal in the Premier League on Sunday in a vital title clash.

However, they will have to do without two of their most seasoned players due to injuries sustained on international duty.

Speaking with reporters, Guardiola said: Injures? Ederson is much much better, but Kyle and John are out. It is what it is.

For Kyle it will be more tougher than John [in terms of recovery], but I don't now for how many games he will be out."

Asked about England using Stones in both of their recent friendlies, Guardiola was tight-lipped. "I don't comment on that situation."
