Kylian Mbappe sees that Paris Saint-Germain teammate Neymar is well among the “best” talents in world football today.

In speaking during the Netflix docuseries “Neymar: The Perfect Chaos,” the French forward lauded Neymar and also took a look back on his initial thoughts to when he found out that he would tag along with the Brazilian forward at the club.

“Everyone knows his quality, he is one of the best players in the world,” Mbappe said. “When I arrived at PSG, the plan was to help Neymar. Neymar is the only celebrity, the fundamental piece. He came to Paris with a mission and I came to help him.”

The two PSG stars have made plenty of history over their ongoing runs with the club together. From the multiple club records that they each hold to the run to the UEFA Champions League final in the 2019-2020 campaign, they sure have already etched their names in PSG club history.

Mbappe and Neymar will look to make more history together this season, especially as many have tabbed the club to be favorite to both win the Champions League competition and also to claim a notable domestic double this season.
